The BlueGEN plants are monitored around the clock by our service staff. Above and beyond this, we are of course available to advise you on the sales side.

The quality of natural gas from the gas mains throughout Germany is suitable for operating a BlueGEN. Please contact our customer service department for exact details of the preferred gas mix.

No, a connection to the gas mains is currently a requirement.

BlueGEN can operate with bio-methane downstream a cleaning process. It’s not possible to use the bio-methane as produced by digester or other devices.

No, the BlueGEN can currently only be operated with natural gas or biomethane from the gas mains.

Unfortunately, at the moment it is not possible for operators of an individual BlueGEN to regulate them directly.

As a BlueGEN operator, you will be given access to the online portal BlueGEN.net. You can retrieve a variety of current and historical data for your system here.

The BlueGEN is monitored around the clock by our service engineers over the Internet. If a problem occurs, various configurations can be set over the Internet or the appliance can be shut down. In this case, a service engineer will contact you and if necessary make an appointment to come out at short notice.
