The amount of time needed for maintenance depends on what needs to be done. As a rule, around two hours are needed for annual maintenance.

The BlueGEN comes with a ten-year comprehensive maintenance agreement. This includes any maintenance and service work. Please contact us for details of current prices for the comprehensive maintenance agreement.

After appropriate training, the fundamental maintenance tasks can be carried out by a local heating engineer.

Any faults are identified by the system and a relevant alert is sent. This is why a continuous Internet connection is vital. The customer is notified of a fault either by SOLIDpower or by their heating engineer.

In the event of a fault, please contact SOLIDpower directly or your heating engineer. You will find the contact details in the installation manual or the information handbook. If, for whatever reason, you plan to disconnect the gas or water supply, you must notify SOLIDpower beforehand.
