KAM - installers

 

Job description: 

Contacting, following and supporting customers in Mid-South of Italy. Focus will be mainly on companies working in the thermo-hydraulic installations ("installers"), addressed particularly on environmental and technology innovation aspects, with good potentials regarding sales volumes. The candidates have to:

  • Achieve sale targets agreed with sales manager regarding number of units sold, revenue and other indicators; 
  • Customer satisfaction; 
  • Agreement about delivery dates, according to production and installation needs, to balance all requirements and keep customer satisfaction high;
  • Sharing market developments, partner relationships and their contacts on IT tools (CRM) and with sales management.

 

Required competences:

  • Senior position with 2-5 years of experience in selling heating appliances (heat pumps, solar, co-generators, etc..) with consolidated relations with installers in a B2B approach;
  • Capability to negotiate and take commercial decisions rgarding particular positions.

 

Degrees:

University degree in economics or engineering

 

Language competences:

Italian mother tongue; fluent spoken and written English

  

 IT competences:

Office suite

  

Soft competences:

Good presence and good relationship capacity with customers

 

Main location:

Rome

KAM - esco

 

Job description: 

Contacting, following and finalizing commercial agreements with organizations like ESCO, utilities and OEM, with good potentials regarding sales volumes. The candidates have to:

  • Achieve sale targets agreed with sales manager regarding number of units sold, revenue and other indicators; 
  • Customer satisfaction; 
  • Agreement about delivery dates, according to production and installation needs, to balance all requirements and keep good level of customer satisfaction;
  • Sharing market developments, partner relationships and their contacts on IT tools (CRM) and with sales management.

 

Required competences:

  • Senior position with 5-10 years of experience in the utility field, decisional processes and with consolidated relations with complex structures in a B2B approach;
  • Capability to negotiate and take commercial decisions rgarding particular positions.

 

Degrees:

University degree in economics or engineering

 

Language competences:

Italian mother tongue; fluent spoken and written English

  

 IT competences:

Office suite

  

Soft competences:

  • Good presence and good relationship capacity with customers
  • Network of knowledges with utilities/ESCO managements
  • High communication and human relations skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work under stressed conditions

Main location:

Milan, Trento (approx. 1 day/week)

EMT ASSISTANT

 

Job description: 

  • Maintaining executives' agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings.
  • Organize and maintain the executives' schedule and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming request of EMT.
  • Make travel arrangements and expenses note management.
  • Contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative are carried on timely and efficiently.
  • Handle confidential documents (monitoring and filing) and make translation activity or reporting as requested.

 

Required competences:

Advanced level for the following: experience as executive secretary; organizational and office management; travel logistics for business travel; scheduling and reporting skills; verbal and writing skills.

 

Degrees:

- High school diploma in foreign languages or administration

- University degree in foreign languages or economics

 

Language competences:

Italian mother tongue; fluent spoken and written English; good spoken and written German.

  

 IT competences:

Office suite - intermediate level  

  

Soft competences:

  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to details and multitasking abilities
  • Decision making and problem solving skills
  • Flexibility and stress management
  • Discretion and diplomacy
