SALES DIRECTOR ITSC

Main responsibilities:

  • Planning, control and management of all sales activities in Italy, Slovenia and Croatia
  • ITSC Sales and Service support team management
  • Regular business trips to ITSC and to other countries outside the area of responsibility
  • ITSC Sales and Service activity organisation and coordination
  • Development and implementation of specific sales concepts related to the defined countries
  • Independently establish and coordinate trading partners in the ITSC area
  • Collect and document market and competitor's information
  • Identify and validate further sales strategies and market opportunities
  • Collaborate with peers and partners in projects across organization

Requirements:

  • Completed apprenticeship or university degree
  • Relevant professional experience in direct sales (B2B), installation or heating sector preferred
  • Good knowledge of the Italian market
  • Prior management experience (sales or service)
  • Leadership, communication and persuasiveness skills
  • MS Office command, advance CRM control
  • Italian and English proficiency, German or other European languages are a plus

FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

 

Responsabile diretto:  Facility Manager (Italy)

 

Ruolo: 

Il Facility Maintenance Technician esegue attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria dello stabilimento, quali: 

  • Messa in funzione di nuovi impianti e intervento diretto in caso di guasto, individuando le soluzioni con minore impatto sulla continuità della produzione;
  • Esecuzione lavori di riparazione, manutenzione preventiva, ordinaria o straordinaria, messa a punto di gruppi o impianti meccanici, elettrici, elettronici, idraulici, pneumatici, HVAC in base a schemi, disegni, procedure o istruzioni operative;
  • Ispezione periodica e redazione del programma degli interventi manutentivi settimanali e periodici;
  • Comprensione e monitoraggio del funzionamento delle apparecchiature e dei sistemi di sicurezza;
  • Predisposizione rapporti di sintesi delle condizioni degli edifici e degli impianti consigliando le azioni da intraprendere;
  • Gestione delle ditte esterne di manutenzione, compresa la contrattualistica e approvvigionamento ricambistica presso fornitori;
  • Compilazione documentale e registrazione di tutti gli interventi svolti al fine di garantire il rispetto degli standard prefissati.

Profilo:

  • Diploma tecnico superiore (preferibilmente come Perito meccanico o elettrotecnico);
  • +5 anni di esperienza lavorativa nella manutenzione degli impianti;
  • Conoscenza su impianti elettrici, idraulici, HVAC e attività di carpenteria;
  • Abilità a lavorare con una minima supervisione e in autonomia;
  • Buona padronanza con ERP aziendali e Suite Office;
  • Conoscenza inglese (livello minimo atteso richiesto dal B1).

Requisiti personali richiesti:

  • Capacità di risoluzione dei problemi e attenzione ai dettagli;
  • Eccellente capacità di pianificazione, organizzazione e di lavorare in team;
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative.

Automation Technician

 

Reporting line: 

Maintenance Engineering Manager (Italy)

 

The role: 

The automation technician is responsible to repair and maintain the computer-controlled systems and automatic devices used within industrial facilities to reduce human intervention and maximize efficiency. Their duties require knowledge of electronics, mechanics and computers. Employers may prefer candidates that have obtained an associate degree; optional industry certifications are also available.

  • Create, modify, program and troubleshoot Process Control system hardware and software including PC’s, PLC’s, HMI’s, VFD’s, Motion Controller Drive systems, intelligent devices, programmable controllers;
  • Ensure that process techniques are in alignment with the corporate goals and quality policy;
  • Implementation, testing and startup of control strategies for batch applications;
  • Update configuration information of all software communications hardware (addresses, port settings, VLAN settings, etc.), to ensure timely diagnosis of problems and replacement;
  • Ensuring that adequate controls are built into systems and that operational controls exist to ensure the continued, reliable, and secure processing of information in their custody;
  • Repair, replace and maintain the electrical devices and the automation systems;
  • Provide maintenance documentation and instructions;
  • Coordinate with suppliers, consultants and external assistance and ensure effectiveness of all programs.

Candidate profile:

  • Technical or Bs degree in Mechatronics/Industrial/Automation Engineering, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience; 
  • At least 3 years directly related work experience with automated controls in a manufacturing environment;
  • knowledge and familiarity with PLC (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, BeckHoff), DSC/SCADA, HMI systems;
  • Experience with batch processing and a high level of interest with computerized process control highly desired;
  • Knowledge of electrical circuits/Industrial network with the ability to design and problem solve, must be analytical and detail-oriented;
  • Knowledge of automation components: motors, sensors, actuators;
  • Knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards;
  • Skills and competences in Lean Manufacturing;
  • Good knowledge in English, both spoken and written (level B2);
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Data Analysis/ Data Processing software;
  • Able to understand company’s needs, to focus and to follow and succeed the objective;
  • Capacity to work both independently and in a strong team-oriented, collaborative in a multicultural environment is essential.
